Mr. Payne has over 40 years of diversified international experience in the hospitality industry. Considered an industry expert, he is regularly engaged in presentations, lectures, panels, and interviews. He has written well over 100 industry-related articles and in 2002 he served as Chairman of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. In the work he does with the company, Mr. Payne excels particularly in development and implementation of marketing plans and cost controls in all areas of hotel operations, planning and implementation of property upgrades, and the development of a full range of lodging facilities. more >>

With over 30 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, He has extensive knowledge and expertise on hotels, resorts, convention centers, destination marketing and project development. His experience includes serving as President, operations, sales and marketing for the Waterford Hotel Group, Waterford, CT. His work included oversight of the Connecticut Convention Center, a 27 hotel portfolio, Waterford Group Restaurants, and acquisitions and transitions. Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Richman, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, oversees all financial and accounting operations. She holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has over 25 years of professional experience. In her work Ms. Richman is an expert in advising strategic refinancing and is able to review hotel financials to recommend changes leading to enhanced profitability, she conducts asset management reviews and is able to bring attention to possible improvements and areas of concern.
