Kirby has over 40 years of diversified international experience in the hospitality industry. Considered an industry expert, he is regularly engaged in presentations, lectures, panels, and interviews. He has written well over 100 industry-related articles and in 2002 he served as Chairman of the American Hotel and Lodging Association. For many years, he has served on the industry’s Certification Commission, the entity overseeing all professional certification in the U.S. hotel industry, and which is also used globally. He literally grew up in hotels since four years old when his father was a Controller and General Manager for Inter-Continental Hotels in Brazil and the Caribbean. Chief Financial Officer
Vicki, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, oversees all financial and accounting operations. She holds an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has more than 25 years of professional experience. Ms. Richman oversees all of the company’s Asset Management and litigation support assignments in addition to being responsible for finance, accounting, insurance, and human resources for the company and its hotels. Her background includes Systems Analyst for a large regional bank, Director of Consulting for the premier hotel consulting firm, Director of a hotel development company, and overseeing all financial operations, Consulting, and Asset Management for the company. Executive Vice President
Bill has over 20 years of highly successful top‐producing development, operations management and strategic planning experience. Most recently Doyle served for three years as President, Resort Division for Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE). Bill has spent more than 15 years in general management and operations of AAA Four and Five diamond resorts. His development experience includes preliminary work on a 300 room themed resort at Dollywood theme park, the successful opening of two AAA Four Diamond resorts in Florida in 2006, and the development planning for three resorts in the Dominican Republic’s prestigious Cap Cana Resort. He has had complete operational oversight of seven company managed resort and hotels at one time. During his tenure with Herschend Family Entertainment Bill led the strategy for HFE to venture out of its core businesses and expand into the development of themed resorts and hotels across the company’s theme parks with an emphasis on Dollywood. In addition to the resort development strategy, Bill asset managed the AAA Four Diamond Marriott managed Evergreen Resort and Conference Center at Stone Mountain, GA for HFE. He started his career in the hotel business in various operational roles for the Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort, when the company earned the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. As Executive Vice President, Bill has oversees the HVS Hotel Management’s managed hotels. Senior Vice President, Business Development and Financial Analyst
Jeff brings over 25 years of operations, acquisition, development, and strategic planning experience in the real estate, hospitality and casino industries to our clients. Mr. Crowley is responsible for business development and financial analysis for our Asset Managed hotels.
His other responsibilities include analyses and planning for our various consulting assignments where his analytical skills bring many benefits to our clients. Mr. Crowley has a deep understanding of many hotel markets which is an asset to our hotels and clients.
Experienced in hospitality /casino operations, development, strategic planning and financial analysis, Mr. Crowley offers great expertise in identifying strategic business opportunities, analyzing value and impact, and orchestrating implementations across multiple properties. Jeff has worked on the teams that developed 20 hotels and a casino, and acquired 85 hotels.
He holds a BS in Political Science from Dickinson College and an MBA in Finance from Emory University. more >>
Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing
JoAnn has been in the hotel business for 20 years in various sales and marketing and management positions. She has been the Director of Sales for several hotels and also most recently held the position of General Manager of a 255 room property with 32,000 square feet of meeting space. JoAnn is responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing and revenue management of all hotels managed by HVS Hotel Management. In addition, she participates in various consulting assignments and assists with Asset Management whenever her unique skills will be a benefit to the client and its hotel. more >>
Director – Operations Support
Tasha has been in hotel operations since she was 16 years old and is responsible for making sure that the company’s policies, procedures, and standards are actually implemented – no theory – real execution. She was previously responsible for recruiting, training, and retention at all hotels as well as helping our consulting clients improve those functions for themselves. She is now the primary coordinator of all operations, including developing new policies and procedures, and has had full responsibility for many hotel takeovers and handovers. more >>
